SAP EWM BATCH MANAGEMENT Implementation

Batch means the specific Quantity of the Product or the Material which is getting process in the single manufacturing Process or you may buy the same product or the material from the external vendors also,

And suppose you manufactures the medicines and today you manufactures the medicines in the first batch like in the first shift and then also in the second shift and daily you run the production facilities in two shifts of the steps in the morning shift you manufacture some of the medicines and also you manufacture some of the medicines in the another shift which is the evening or night shifts

And whatever the medicines you produce or manufacture in the morning shifts and then all the medicines contains one single Batch number which is the unique number of the medicines manufactured in which batch and in the evening shift we have the another batch number and like that if you will keep producing the medicines

And suppose in next day some of the new medicines some of the new chemical problem or and problem will be happened or it is not up to the mark or that manufactured medicines are not up to the quantities then must destroy that medicines and then you can trace the specific medicines which are not up to the mark or not suitable for sales then we can destroy that all the medicines based on the BATCH number

And when we destroy the medicines which are BATCH specific then other medicines which we have and are the correct in the way will not be damaged and you can destroy that medicines or you could SCRAP that non suitable medicines and the decision you could take what ever you would like to take with that non up to the mark medicines

And the benefits of the Batch Management means whatever the medicines we produce and sending to the customers and if something not up to the mark with that particular medicines then we can identity and we can segregate that medicines based on the batches
