I'm a qualified CA (Nov'22), previously worked as an intern at Goldman Sachs. As a CA Trainee at Goldman Sachs, I contributed to the controllers division by preparing financials, reconciling taxes, and preparing MIS reports. I have gained valuable experience in regulatory reporting, month-end closure, and internal reporting requirements, while working with a diverse and talented team of professionals. Before joining Goldman Sachs, I worked as an article assistant for two accounting firms, where I was involved in statutory audit, tax audit, return filings, and preparation of financials for various entities. I also completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, with a focus on accounting and finance. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to real-world scenarios. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to grow and excel in my field. I am also curious about different cultures and perspectives, and enjoy travelling, cooking, and reading in my spare time.
