The world is full of fuzzy, disparate problems looking for someone to connect the dots! I heard this growing up and it has stayed with me ever since. At my core, I love solving business problems which require me to work across multiple teams and functions- be it new product development, program management, marketing or sales. This has informed my career choices and moulded me into an effective advisor to CXOs as a Management Consultant and as a Chief of Staff in my current role, wherein I act as the strategy lead and key operator for a high-growth startup. My professional journey started as an Analyst in the innovation team at Motorola Solutions, wherein I worked on smart retail products, IoT applications and mobility solutions. Post my MBA at ISB (Indian School of Business, Hyderabad), I worked in Business Strategy teams at Monitor Deloitte and KPMG. I led multiple teams working on problem areas such as launching a new app for a wealth management company, defining customer experience strategy for a large bank, and growth strategy for a digital logistics platform. Additionally, I worked on strategic problems for Public Cloud, High-tech and Payments companies. Post my Consulting journey, I worked as a Chief of Staff at Ziploan, which is a Series B fin-tech focused on MSME lending in India. I led strategic initiatives related to Growth, Profitability, Product and Operations. At present, I am leading the Strategy Mandate at StrideOne, wherein I oversee 0-to-1 growth for customised finance products for startups and Equity Investments at Fin-tech Startups.
