I currently work as a Senior Manager - Customer Success at Epsilon, a global leader in digital marketing and advertising solutions. In this role, I am responsible for retaining & growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across various industries. I leverage my expertise in MarTech and AdTech platforms to help my clients optimize their customer experience management (CXM) strategies and achieve their business goals.
