About me

👩‍⚕️ Hi, I’m Aishanya Srivastava, a Counseling Psychologist. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University (2024) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Amity University, Noida (2022). Currently, I’m also pursuing an RCI-licensed course to specialize as a Child Psychologist. For the past 2 years, I have been supporting individuals online through therapy and reflective wellbeing sessions. Many of my clients come to me with challenges around anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, and relationship struggles (whether with themselves or others). 🌿 My approach: I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy or clinical. I create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. Along with talk therapy, I often use gentle reflective tools like journaling prompts, mood-mapping, or art-based exercises to help you reconnect with yourself. ✨ Whether you are feeling emotionally stuck, navigating stress, or just needing someone to really listen, my role is to help you find clarity, process your emotions, and move forward at your own pace.
