About me

Hi, I'm Aishanya Srivastava, a psychologist with a Master's in Psychology and an RCI registration to work with children and adolescents. I believe that people often know they are struggling they just don't always understand why. My role isn't to tell you what to do or try to "fix" you. It's to create a space where we can slow down, make sense of what's been happening, and better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I work primarily with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional distress, and times when life simply feels overwhelming. Alongside this, I also work with children, adolescents, and parents through my training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health under professional supervision. I value conversations where you don't have to have everything figured out before you show up. Sometimes understanding ourselves is the first step toward moving through life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. As a psychologist, I see learning as an ongoing responsibility. I continue to deepen my understanding through training, supervision, and practice so I can offer support that is thoughtful, ethical, and grounded in evidence while creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
