As an Engineering and Project Manager at Hatch, I lead a team of up to 60 mechanical and piping engineers and designers, delivering diverse projects in the mineral processing, chlor-alkali, and EPC sectors. With over 30 years of industrial engineering and managerial experience, I have a proven track record of managing complex and challenging projects, from conceptual design to commissioning and operation. My core competencies include mechanical and piping engineering, welding inspection, rotating and stationary equipment, and project and engineering management. I hold a MBA degree, a Chartered Engineer certification from the Institution of Engineers, India, and a CSWIP 3.1 certification from TWI. My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. I am passionate about alumina plant projects, having worked extensively on alumina refineries based on the Bayer process, both in India and abroad. I am also experienced in working on potash plants, transmission towers, hydro generators, zinc and lead refineries and steel industries.
