With nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a seasoned biometrics leader who oversees the data analysis and management of clinical trials at Inductive Quotient Analytics (IQA), a leading data science company. I have a strong background in clinical research, clinical data management, change management, medical writing, and statistical monitoring, as well as an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a PRINCE2 certification. At IQA, I leverage my expertise in project management, stakeholder management, usage of AI/ML in CDM, Stat Prog and Biostatistics and leadership to deliver high-quality data solutions for our clients. I also mentor and train my team members to meet their career aspirations and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
