An Engineer at heart, I thrive on constructing robust systems at scale. With a wealth of experience in Objective-C, Swift, Scala, Node, Java, and Kotlin, I've honed my skills in crafting efficient solutions that stand the test of scale and time. As an Engineering Leader, my passion lies in empowering teams to reach their peak potential. I'm dedicated to fostering an environment where every member can excel, collaborating seamlessly and driving impactful results. I'm on a mission to enable teams to perform at their best, creating an atmosphere of innovation and success. As a volunteer, I work with IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society and co-host the IEEE TEMS Radio Podcast. I also work with multiple non-profits in India to help them scale their technology challenges and provide solutions that scale.
