As a QA Lead at PROPIC, I am responsible for driving test automation, quality team, delivery management, and handling releases for various projects involving Vlocity, Salesforce, and Copado. I have more than three years of experience in this role, and more than 10 years of experience in the software testing industry. I am a certified Vlocity Platform Developer and Copado Administrator, with proven skills in developing Vlocity features, configuring Copado, and testing DevOps tools. I also have a strong background in Cucumber Selenium BDD Framework, SAP Testing, and Telecom OSS BSS Testing. I am passionate about delivering quality controls and enhancements to improve product quality, design flow, customer satisfaction, and bottom-line results. I enjoy leading and managing cross-functional teams, building test and quality teams from scratch, and working in agile and scrum environments.
