As the Vice President Operations at The Narayana Group, I spearhead the EdTech division, collaborating closely with the CEO and board to devise and execute a comprehensive digital strategy. With close to 10 years of experience in the EdTech sector, I have successfully launched and scaled three ventures from inception to creation, including Teachee, a SaaS-based E-learning platform that onboarded 500+ paid coaching institutes within six months of launch. My core competencies include people management, budget forecasting, policies and procedures, product development, business model, and revenue generation. I am passionate about conceptualizing and building innovative solutions that leverage the power of technology to transform the education landscape. At Narayana, I lead a team of over 300 professionals across various departments, such as IT, HR, Operations, Vendor Management, Media and PMO, and oversee the budget and resource allocation for each department.
