Currently I am involved in mentoring college students and giving guest lectures and expert services via various online platforms. As an independent consultant I bring vast experience of data analysis to manage Quality control (QC) program and safety management system (SMS). Effective trend analysis and data visualisation assisted me in enhancing safe operations, customer service standards, NPS & sales . Collaborating with digital team to develop Business Requirement Document (BRDs) and doing User Application Test (UATs) assisted me in improving over all efficiency in system. Mentoring cabin crew on critical areas and wellness bridged the gap between expectations and deliverables. During my tenure with IndiGo, I was: 1. Analysing data, identifying hazards, performing risk assessments, identifying sensitive areas and taking steps to reduce incidents. 2. Involved in designing and carrying safety promotion via print media, campaigns etc. to build safety culture. 3.Managing Wet/Damp lease operations with international airlines and structuring procedures for smooth functioning & collaboration. 4.Conducting time motion study and compliance monitoring of various inflight service procedures. 5. Monitoring Inflight sales its enhancements and analysis. 6. Liason with other departments and take proactive and reactive approach to improve and maintain safety standards and crew welfare. 7. Reviewing and updating Inflight services Operation Manual and SMS manual in compliance to IOSA (IATA operations Safety Audit). 8. Involved in successful planning and Execution of Automation of Performance Enhancement Program, to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and finance there by increasing coverage by approximately 131% with same manpower. Few Achievements: 1. Nil findings and Nil observations during IOSA audits for 5 consecutive cycles 2. Employee of the month, Dec 2023 & Feb 2016 3. Awarded by “Yes I Can” certificate for being cost conscious through various initiatives undertaken and saving cost to the company. 4. Awarded by “IndiGo reach Champ” certificate for active participation in CSR activities. In my leisure time I like to write Hindi Poetry, Quotes and Motivational blogs. While i have been running my independent blog by name "Madhukarama" since 2013. I have published my first ebook by the name "366 daily inspirations" and am working on my future books.
