After having an experience of 5+ years in the industry, I decided to pursue my second Master's degree in Finance even after an MBA in 2017, as I wanted to explore more about Finance and imbibe an analytics skill set that I could see becoming a reality with this degree. My ambition is to be a part of the Leadership Development Program, where the current Leaders mentor me to get a strong foothold and implement the same into the business. It will be possible because of the enriching experience I will have get from the current leaders, prior experiences, and the new skills I am gaining through my Master's. As well as, I would like to mentor young leaders like me. Worked as a Financial Analyst in the Customer Experience Strategy Team at Amazon, where I discovered, tracked, and evaluated global industry trends and perform an in-depth analysis of financial data. Besides this, I studied marketplace trends and competitive forces to understand business and operations, translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements, and design custom financial and strategic studies. Before this, I worked as an Analyst (FP&A) in the Distribution Team (Retail), where I was responsible for financial planning, management reporting, analytical capabilities, and analysis of Blackrock's Financials. Outside of professional life, I also like to play Cricket, Baseball, Badminton, Pool, and Chess. Besides playing, I also enjoy going for bicycle rides and hiking as well as love to draw.
