Seasoned data, analytics and product management leader with 16.5 yrs of experience building products and platforms and in data and analytics. Currently working as Associate Director (Data & Analytics) for Cargill Agriculture & Supply Chain (CASC) Data & Analytics team in Cargill India GCC. I lead data products and initiatives for CASC within Cargill and help teams extract value from data. I work closely with business and D&A leaders to define strategy around data and analytics (reporting, machine learning, AI, products) and on topics such as data governance, quality, usage, value, and performance. I manage a strong cross-functional team of product managers, designers, analysts, data engineers and visualization specialists, and work on hiring, coaching and mentoring the team for high performance and delivery. Before this, as Sustainability Data Lead, I led data initiatives around sustainability to help Cargill meet its Sustainability goals around emissions (Scope II & III), land, water and people. With a strong background of leading 0-1 products and platform, leading cross-functional teams and working closely with C-suite leadership, I will be happy to work with and/or guide teams who want to create impactful products using data, analytics, cloud or AI.
