I am a biochemistry researcher with a PhD and CSIR-NET qualification, with extensive experience in experimental life sciences. My research work has focused on immunometabolism, heavy metal toxicity, intestinal inflammation, and molecular signaling pathways, where I have worked with techniques including cell culture, molecular biology assays, protein biology, immunology and virology. During my research journey, I realized that many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they do not receive structured guidance on how to approach scientific problems, how to read research papers, design experiments logically, interpret data, and communicate their findings clearly.
