I currently work in customer support, where I’m closely exposed to how people actually experience products; their frustrations, questions, and unspoken expectations. Over time, this has shaped my interest in product development, user experience, and how small decisions impact everyday interactions. I’m actively learning and thinking about how to grow in this direction. Outside of work, I explore visual storytelling as a creative practice. It’s helped me observe more carefully, communicate more clearly, and stay grounded in real experiences.
