In 2017, I became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Since then, I have been inspired by the Strengths philosophy. It has helped me look within and discover who I truly am and what I want. Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of engaging with over a thousand participants spanning multiple nations . The stories I've collected along the way are a testament to the impact of this journey. Participants express how this newfound awareness of their strengths has been a game-changer, ushering in self-confidence and a deeper understanding of their intrinsic abilities. It has transformed team dynamics, fostering collaboration and an appreciation for the diversity of thoughts that was once a source of conflict. The immense satisfaction I derive from witnessing people unveil their strengths and assisting them in the internal transformation required to unleash their full potential is immeasurable. Strategic and Futuristic are two of my top Gallup strengths and leverage them to help you see the big picture and connect the dots to the past, present and the possibilities of the future.
