As a Manager (HR) at RITES Ltd., a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Indian Railways, I handle end-to-end recruitment processes for RITES and its subsidiary REMCL. I report directly to the GM/HR and the Chief People Officer, and have processed more than 300 recruitment advertisements in a calendar year, a record in the company and any PSU/Govt. body. I also took the initiative to automate phases of the recruitment cycle, bring in more transparency, and enhance candidates' experience. I graduated with an MBA degree from MDI Gurgaon, one of the top business schools in India, in March 2021. During my MBA, I interned with ICICI Bank on a project that impacted more than 40,000 employees and saved over 30 crores in tangible costs. I also worked with ITC Saharanpur Plant unit on various employee engagement, training and communication challenges due to COVID-19. Additionally, I participated in live projects and corporate competitions of leading organizations such as LIC, Colgate, KPMG, and Accenture, and won multiple accolades. I have developed strong skills in presentations, problem solving, and human resources management, and I am passionate about creating value for organizations and people.
