Over the past 7 years, I have worked on managing large-scale projects in the domains of CSR, Education, Entrepreneurship, Gender, Rural Development, and livelihood. Currently, I work as a Manager at DevSolutions, a social impact consulting firm.  Before this I worked as a  Program Director at Parinaam Foundation, where I led the Academic Adoption Program through mothers, facilitating the comprehensive development of ultra-poor communities in Bangalore and managing the donors & funders for the program. I work on strengthening the strategy and quality of the program while handling the team to ensure regular impacts.  In my prior roles with the Delhi Government and SCERT Delhi, I played a pivotal role in spearheading two major projects, namely the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum and Business Blasters. Business Blasters was a start-up program by the Delhi Government, and my role involved designing and overall project management of the program, which allowed 7 lakhs+ government school students of Delhi to build their entrepreneurial abilities.
