Hi, I’m Manasi Jain—a Service Designer driven by a passion for creating meaningful, user-centred experiences. With an MA in Service Design from RCA, I’ve had the privilege to work with industry leaders like Honeywell, Hero Motor Corp, Tata Motors, and Bidvest Bank as a UX Consultant at YUJ Design. My work spans everything from user research and strategy development to wireframing and usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric products that drive business growth. Outside of design, I’m passionate about psychology, social work, and constantly pushing myself in sports and adventure activities.
