I have been practicing Design for the last 2 years. My expertise lies in understanding users and formulating their pain points to their needs. Most of my works are related to optimizing users' INTERACTION and FLOW BASE understanding with products (Digital as well as Physical). For me, design is the process by which any unpleasant situation can be changed into the desired one by keeping the user at the centre of the process and taking into account the three factors (desirability, feasibility, and viability).
