I’m Manasa Chandrasekar, a Clinical Liaison and Clinical Research Coordinator with a background in Biomedical Engineering and neurology-focused clinical research. I work at the intersection of clinical care, research operations, and payer strategy, helping patients access timely diagnostics and advanced therapies while supporting high-quality clinical trial execution. I’ve partnered with principal investigators, trial sponsors, and providers to support study startup, participant screening and enrollment, GCP-aligned documentation, and cross-functional coordination across neurology trials. Alongside research, I serve as a primary point of contact for high-volume neurology patient populations, managing care coordination, symptom monitoring, and complex prior authorisations for advanced imaging and therapies. My earlier laboratory research experience strengthened my ability to analyse clinical data, maintain regulatory rigour, and translate experimental evidence into real-world clinical workflows. I’m especially passionate about helping biomedical engineers and clinical researchers transition into patient-facing, non-traditional clinical roles, and connecting with fellow Clinical Liaisons to exchange strategies for improving access, operations, and outcomes.
