My Industrial Training landed me at HCL Technologies, and I couldn't have asked for a more eye-opening environment to grow in, which has given me a close look at how finance, compliance, and internal controls work inside a large multinational setup. It has honestly been a great learning experience very different from audit practice, and that contrast has made me a better all-rounder. Before this, I spent more than a year in statutory audits of PSUs and listed companies entities with turnovers of ₹2000 Crores and above. Got to work on real audits, real deadlines, and real pressure, which taught me more than any classroom could. That's where I got comfortable with CARO reporting, Schedule III compliance, and the practical application of Ind AS. I've also handled regulatory filings Form 15CA for foreign remittance declarations and other forms for statutory compliance, both areas I'm comfortable working in independently.
