I always believe in human potential and our ability to work wonders. In a country like India where people have tremendous talent, majority of them lack the potential to properly “demonstrate” their ideas or expertise in appropriate places, and as a result never get a chance to be able to start building on their dreams. Being an enabler for talented people to join amazing organisations to realise their dreams seemed like a very appealing endeavour and therefore I embarked upon a journey of being a Talent Acquisition professional right after my MBA back in 2015. With 9 years of corporate experience across multiple organisations such as TCS, Deloitte USI and SAP, I’ve seen the in and out of recruitment operations in the biggest industries in India and in some of the biggest companies in the world! The core thing that I have learnt from all the experience - - Identifying the potential in those who are seeking great employment opportunities, and enabling them to perform their best on the interview table!
