Malvika currently heads student experience at Tetr College of Business. Malvika is an ex-entrepreneur and has an extensive experience in leadership, business strategy, content marketing, community and brand building, across her various roles over the years. Malvika began her career as an Analyst with the Leadership Council at CEB (now Gartner) and contributed to several disruptive tools & studies solving for organizational & leadership effectiveness. After CEB, she started Ikinaki - a social commerce app for beauty and wellness shoppers, and built a community of 30,000 shoppers on the app. She exited the business in 2019. Since then she has consulted multiple brands on finding the path from 0 to 1, and taking business from idea to revenue stage. From 2020-2022, she led the consumer marketing function at Sunstone, as the Edtech company scaled 10x from series A to C. From 2020-2023, Malvika served as the Chief of Strategy and as the COO at Ladies Who Lead, a members-only platform empowering, engaging, and enabling women leaders to grow.
