Cover letter(Monash) _ Afnas*** with AFNAS

This is the exact cover letter format that helped me secure my PhD position at Monash University. I am sharing it here so that PhD aspirants can use it as a clear and practical reference when reaching out to potential supervisors.

The template demonstrates how to professionally introduce yourself, express genuine interest in a professor’s research, highlight your academic and research experience, and show how your skills align with the research group.

If you are planning to apply for a PhD, you can use this structure to craft a strong, personalized cover letter that makes a positive first impression on professors.
