I’ve spent 25 years on the building side of technology — leading engineering teams, shipping products, managing P&Ls, and making architecture decisions that companies still run on. Most recently, I was Director of Engineering at Happiest Minds Technologies, leading 150+ engineers across mobility, XR, blockchain, and spatial AI. Currently, I run a startup - Nthra Labs and work closely with founders and PE portfolio companies on technology strategy, architecture, technical diligence, and team building. Based in Bangalore. My Works 1) Building trust infrastructure for manufacturing supply chains to build credibility and unlock growth using AI, Autoformalization and Blockchain 2) Automobile after-sales platform. - Built the entire tech stack and onboarded 300+ workshops across multi-city operations. 3) Offline app store network for mobile apps distribution through retail outlets 4) Digital Maturity assessment and Digital transformation program with a focus on customer centric digital products to unlock additional revenue for a large industrial company post acquisition. 5) Associated with IIT Madras and DoT to create standards for Metaverse, IoT and AI 6) Work with Academia to educate faculty and students on emerging technologies with hands on workshops and guest lectures 7) Scaled teams from 0 to 150+ engineers, built Centers of Excellence, set up offshore delivery centers, and mentored engineering leaders into senior roles.
