With over seven years of experience as the Head of Design Product Development and Operation at Aarnatek Kiosk Pvt Ltd, I am a design and engineering leader who delivers innovative and high-quality solutions for various sectors and industries. I have a master's degree in product design and engineering from NTTF, and I specialize in new product development, design strategy, and communications-based train control (CBTC). I lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with global standards and regulations. I have successfully completed many design projects for start-up companies, converting ideas from prototype to production. I have also demonstrated my skills in design conceptualization, low-cost optimum designing, failure analysis, stress analysis, modifying/upgrading existing designs, and driving corrective actions. I am passionate about design thinking and innovation training, and I was a Vice President of the Zeal & Exponential Chapter, Bangalore at BNI India Official.
