Mallika Gupta is an MBA Graduate from the Indian Institute of Management,Indore specializing in Human Resource Management. She is passionate about learning and applying the latest trends and best practices in the HR field, as well as developing her skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration. She has completed multiple HR internships in various domains and industries, such as TVS Mobility, Saint-Gobain, 1HR.market, and TRAI, where she gained valuable exposure and insights into different aspects of HR, such as manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. She also cleared CPT (Common Proficiency Test) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, demonstrating her proficiency in business and commerce. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Mallika is an active member of the Operations team at IRIS, the annual management and cultural fest of IIM Indore, where she is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events and activities. She is also an avid reader, writer, and singer, and has published her poem on Corona Warriors in an anthology called "Meliora", which is available on Amazon.
