Mallika is a passionate Advocate and POSH Consultant, who aims to create gender-neutral harassment-free workplaces and empower employees to exercise their rights and responsibilities. She is also a Postgraduate in Human Rights Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She has over 6 years of experience in corporate and legal work culture which includes working with various organisations like Department of Information Technology, and Communication, DSK Legal, Legal researcher to 2 Hon'ble Judges of Rajasthan High Court and AU Small Finance Bank. Currently, she runs her independent boutique law firm (LawCraft by Mallika). The firm provides services to corporate's and individuals including criminal and civil litigation. The firm specialises in private investigations, labour and employment law and matrimonial disputes. Ms. Mallika is an expert in POSH and has conducted- 1. 250+ POSH employee awareness sessions 2. 150+ Leadership and manager POSH sessions 2. 75+ Advanced IC trainings. 3. 200+ POSH conciliations and enquiries Additionally, she acts as an external workplace investigator and auditor to various corporate's.
