I bring 10 years of leadership experience from the Indian Army and currently work with Deloitte India in the Strategy and Risk function. I’m starting out as a coach to help people build confidence, navigate career transitions, prepare for interviews, and create effective time-management and discipline systems. My approach is practical and experience-led, shaped by balancing demanding professional roles with personal goals. I’m also an Ironman 70.3 finisher, which has taught me consistency, mental resilience, and how to stay focused on long-term goals. Outside work, I enjoy playing the guitar, which helps me stay grounded and creative.
