Maitreya Deshpande is extremely hopefull and I would like to thank him for his valuable time and effort. He is one of those real mentors, who points out lacking information on resume within minutes and helps to stand out from the crowd. Maitreya is one of the most dependable mentor ( I say this because he is not the first mentor who I recahed out on LinkedIn many so called mentors made me not to go back to them ever again). He has positive attitude, extremely professional and gives away simple but effective tips. His work ethics( I say this because he did not care about the time even when we outgrew the time slot allotted for the session. He did not stop until he gave away all his valuable insights), communication skills and patience sets him apart. I feel so privileged that we have crossed paths.
