I create technology products which solve customers' problems and are viable for the business. I do this by being responsible for product discovery, product delivery, technology strategy, architecture, program management, live-site support, cross functional collaboration. I like challenging the status quo - after all technology products are about pushing boundaries of what is possible. I accidentally came into product development early in my career and have not looked back since! I have had the opportunity to build multiple products and platforms - many of them from scratch. Last 15+ years have I have been progressively responsible for increasingly complex cloud native full stack platforms in both B2B and B2C space. Along with scaling products I have successfully scaled engineering teams. I have led product group wide transformation initiatives in the areas for agile and DevOps. I have demonstrated impact in various company sizes - from an early stage startup to multi national corporations. Presently I volunteer in a non-profit organization. As general secretary I oversee the day to day operations of a team of 60 while being responsible for budget of ~USD500K. In the future I would like to lead an engineering organization with multiple teams/squads/pods. I prefer to collaborate with product, design & engineering leaders on the areas of product strategy, discovery and delivery to create successful products.
