My passion is to design meaningful and engaging experiences for users across various domains, such as AI, fintech, health, and SaaS. With over six years of experience in UX/UI and product design, I have developed a strong skill set in user research, product research, and learning, which I apply to create solutions that meet user needs and business goals. As a product designer, I worked with a cross-functional team to design and deliver a web-based platform that helps remote workers manage their time and tasks more effectively. I conducted user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand the pain points and expectations of the target audience, and created user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate and validate the design concepts. I also mentored junior designers and collaborated with developers and stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product. Additionally, I shared my expertise and insights as a UX design mentor at Upskill, where I helped aspiring designers learn the fundamentals and best practices of UX design through online sessions and feedback.
