Hey, I’m Mahima 👋 I’m a Talent Acquisition professional, Tech Recruiter, career mentor, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people figure out the messy world of careers and hiring. Over the years, I’ve recruited across fast-paced companies like Cars24, Delhivery, and GoKwik, hiring for a wide range of tech roles and getting a real inside look at what recruiters actually notice when they receive a resume or interview a candidate. And honestly, I know how confusing the process can feel - “Why am I not getting shortlisted?” “Is my resume actually good?” “What do recruiters look for?” “How do I make my LinkedIn stand out?” “Am I even targeting the right roles?” That’s where I come in. 💛 On Topmate, I want to make career guidance simple, practical, and honest- without the usual generic advice. Whether you’re a fresher trying to land your first opportunity, a professional looking to switch jobs, struggling with interviews, or simply wanting a recruiter’s perspective on your career - let’s figure it out together. Think of me as the recruiter friend you can actually ask anything. 😉
