I’m a counseling psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I have gained practical experience through internships in clinics, private hospitals and NGOs, where I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and supported their mental health and emotional well-being. My work is guided by professional mental health ethics and relevant guidelines with a focus on providing compassionate, client-centered support. I aim to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to support clients in understanding their concerns, developing healthy coping strategies, and working toward meaningful psychological well-being.
