I am a Counselling Psychologist. With more than 4 years of practice, I have worked at several organizations including Apollo Hospital, Delhi. I have also published research papers and a novel and am a guest writer for several online magazines. I help people going through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, gender and sexuality concerns as well as OCD. I am also Queer Affirmative and Trauma informed in my practice. Incorporating principles of Narrative Therapy, I prioritize understanding each person's socio-political-cultural-familial influences, while steering away from rigid classifications. All the methods used are evidence-based and theoretically informed.
