Mahesh is a competent professional with over 11 years of rich experience in building complex ETL, and ELT pipelines for Enterprise Data Warehouse. He has hands-on exposure to on-prem and cloud environments. He is proficient in client interaction, analyzing business requirements, estimation, data model designing, solution designing, testing & deploying custom data warehouse applications. He is an innovative, result-orientated professional with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal & negotiation skills. He is always keen to learn & upscale new skills. He has extensively worked in an Agile collaborative environment with a diverse team and delivered on time. Presently, Mahesh splits his time as a: - Google Cloud Migration enthusiast, working on different migration solutions. - Data Modelling, building data pipelines - Cloud Migration optimization and building best practices. - Honing Python skills and implementing automation using the same. - Exploring how efficiently data transformation can be done using tools in GCP Dataflow/Dataproc & Python. Previously, He has worked extensively on implementing different data pipeline designs to build Enterprise Data Warehouse. He has implemented Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions, Teradata to BigQuery migration, and organizational standards of application development. He has been actively involved in data modeling, solution designing, and building scalable data pipelines. He has hands-on experience & sound knowledge of Cloud Platform, Hadoop, Big Data, and Express > It (ACE & BRE). He has experience in various domains such as Banking, Credit Card, Retail, Asset Management, etc., and is always keen to learn and understand the domain/business in detail.
