Currently, disrupting the way people buy and sell pre-owned electronics. Though it's really difficult to summarize 8+ years of startup hustle, multiple roles, and multiple hats I had to wear. Working with startups has given me the exposure and opportunity to work in cross-functional teams and solve problems not only in growing sales but, across Operations, Marketing & Finance. Which shaped me into a responsible & initiative-driven professional, with a strong commercial mindset. I have worked across different businesses & products in Food-tech, Horeca, E-commerce, SaaS, Ads & Media Sales Business is about people, and I’ve always been good at people - I have a knack for understanding what motivates them, what incentivizes them, and what inspires them. This attitude towards work, coaching, and helping people on the way has got me this far and I am only getting started - with a growth mindset and never stop learning attitude, I train myself every day to be able to strategically handle any situation that might come my way. And to be able to do all that and still have a good night’s sleep - requires planning, which makes me super efficient and I have been known to guide people to achieve that too; in both personal and professional capacity. I believe, that being innovative and efficient is the ultimate growth accelerator and also ensures you are not burnt out at the end of the day: I’m never scared to hit a reset button and start from scratch.
