In the past year, I have worked with Molecular Dynamics Simulations, Protein Biochemistry, and Generating images of proteins. I also work with RNA SEQ data for gene expression to identify common Master Regulatory genes across cancers where I used Machine Learning(k nearest neighbor) to classify cancers.
