About me
Hi, I’m Mahalakshmi — a sourcing strategist and Excel enthusiast at Avantor, Inc., managing procurement across North America and Europe. I turn messy data into cost-saving insights and love clean dashboards, clear deals, and clever sourcing.
But my passion for helping supply chain professionals started with a personal struggle.
Three years ago, during my own job search, I couldn’t find a single resume writer who understood the supply chain domain. Despite hiring two professionals, both created resumes filled with IT/ITES jargon—completely misaligned with my profile. I had to explain my role repeatedly, but they lacked the industry knowledge to tailor my resume effectively. The result? Irrelevant interview calls and wasted time.
So, I took matters into my own hands. I researched, rewrote, and rebuilt my resume with the right keywords—and landed a role in my domain with a 100% hike.
Soon, a colleague facing the same issue asked for help. His success led to more referrals, and I realized this was a widespread gap. That’s when I began mentoring supply chain professionals—helping them craft interview-winning resumes that reflect their true potential.
Let’s connect—whether it’s sourcing, spreadsheets, or building a resume that opens the right doors.
