i am HR professional with more than 20 years of international experience. I worked in a number of large global organisations. i am also qualified executive coach from HEC Paris with experience of coaching leaders. The golden thread in my career is my cross-culture experience which I have developed across different regions. My experiences: I have developed my career in different sectors (Energy, Oil & gas projects, both onshore and offshore, includes brown field and green field, EPC phase to build petrochemical plant, Infrastructure sector, private equity and logistics). Having held various HR operational positions, I provide HR support to industrial projects in different phases of development across four regions in Europe (France, UK, Netherland and Norway), Africa (Algeria, Egypt, East and West Africa) Middle-East ( Syria & Qatar ) and Asia pacific ( Indonesia). Typically, I help HR Leaders who are grappling with one of the following: >Some want help joining the dots internally to implement key HR projects. > Others are struggling to execute international mobilisation plan > And a few just feel stuck and they need a HR professional to coach their stakeholders and help get to a point of clarity. That is what I do and I love my work. Achievement: support the project management with the define of the organisation for two engineering phases for oil & gas project ( Iraq project) Support infrastructure portfolio of projects with recruitment for different regions (covering Europe, Africa and USA). i have the chance to work in context of transformation followed by acquisition where i supported organization with restructure, restaffing, implementing new performance model and career framework (building job structure), supervise mobilization plan and recruitment for projects in development phases, monitor headcount and control cost, working with HR international teams in Europe and local teams outside Europe as part of the integration of HR new model.
