You are ambitious, hard working with years of results to prove it but want something more? I FEEL YOU! I took a pretty standard path to get to where I am today. I got my Bachelors degree in psychology and law and then worked for a variety of organizations working my way up to various leadership positions in the IT financial sector in Canada. While finishing up my BA, I worked for a big telecom company as a Technical Customer Service Representative (TSR) eventually becoming an IT consultant after graduation and then moving on to managing large programs and portfolios. On the outside, people thought I was successful… I went to a good school, held multiple degrees, have a nice paying job and got great reviews from my managers at work but secretly I had this nagging feeling that “I can do more than this!” My Calling As A Coach Thinking back there were so many instances in my life where I was so lost and confused , confused and unsure of what I wanted to do with myself. The earliest of those times was when I was fresh out of high school and looking for what I wanted to pursue in University. Since I had no clue, I had a bunch of career counsellors give me a version of the Myers Briggs personality test. They named me a “Protagonist”. This means that I love helping others, I have strong ideas and values and I am caring to a fault. Although I didn’t believe it at the time and thought they had it all wrong… life decided to show me how right this personality test was. As much as the personality assessment was right about what it is that I would enjoy doing in my life… I really had to experience life in order to appreciate what it told me and for me to discover my strengths and talents. By going back and dissecting this process of career growth and self discovery. I have come up with my 4 step system that leads my clients to the same great results that I have had. My clients are not only successful in their professional life but also in their personal lives. They feel more confident, they have more time to spend with their families and friends and they are generally more fulfilled.
