Program Planning and Strategy: ● Create program plans and strategies. Define the program's scope, objectives,break down projects into manageable tasks, create detailed program roadmaps and deliverables. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a multi-quarter delivery roadmap. Create and maintain comprehensive program reports. ● Responsible for planning and coordinating with multiple groups to deliver differentiated business value to our customers via enterprise-class product releases at a regular & frequent cadence. ● Conduct PI Planning sessions and make sure that team has all the features and stories defined and estimated properly. ● Creating and managing the estimates, project plan, project schedule, resource allocation and expenses to ensure that targets are reached Program Execution: ● Capacity planning and PI planning for the team and ensure that iterations progresses and on track ● Coordinate program activities, tasks, and resources, and remove obstacles. Monitor program progress and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to program timelines and processes. ● Program execution with the help of JIRA Dashboards Stakeholder Management: ● Keep key stakeholders informed about program progress. Build relationships with program and cross-functional teams to drive program goals. ● Responsible for formatting and preparing data for Monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders Risk and Issue Management: ● Assess program execution and escalate risks in a timely manner. Track risks to closure to minimize their impact. ● Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs Dependency Management: ● Responsible for tracking the dependencies and based on the delivery dates - raising the risk Escalation Management: ● Responsible for prioritization of escalations, tracking it and bringing it to closure by deploying it to Production or customer private fix Vendor Management: ● Responsible for assisting in vendor management for outsourcing/contracting projects (identification, selection, negotiation, contract, engagement, onboarding, etc.) Process Improvement: ● Identify and implement process improvements across project teams. ● Involvement in multiple Process improvements e.g Virtual team concept, Dependency management, SDLC etc Team Leadership: ● Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams.Mentor and guide team members when needed. ● Responsible for leading and managing a team of Scrum Masters(4 SM’s) working on multiple Scrum teams providing strategic, tactical leadership and Process guidance.
