My MBA journey has been shaped by both interview rooms and classrooms. I’m Madhu Gupta, currently an MBA student at IIM Calcutta, where I earned a merit-based, full tuition-fee scholarship—one of only 22 recipients in India, and the only female candidate to receive this award through consistent effort and interview performance. I also received a ₹4 lakh scholarship from IIM Bangalore based on my interview performance and have converted BLCKI, FMS, and IIFT. Prior to my MBA, I worked as a Manager at Tata Steel, and I’ll be interning in a General Management role at a leading conglomerate.
