• An experienced program/project manager with Oracle Fusion and EBS background and experience of 23+ who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within Oracle product/technology family. (For Example, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, OPM.PPM and Record to Report Since 1998) • Strong experience of working with big4 Companies like Deloitte. (Ex-Deloitte full-time employee as well) • Expert understanding of and experience with software development and infrastructure project lifecycles, and business planning, with a proven track record of success in multiple, complex projects. • Solid Project Management experience to lead Testing Cycles (SIT, UAT, E2E) • Expert knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules for EBS and Cloud – SCM and Financials. • International experience from Financials perspectives, especially EMEA, APAC, North America countries • Ability to build a strong network and relationships across Technology functions and the business units. • Experience across varied industries like Telecom, Banking, Manufacturing, Bio Pharmacy, Higher Education etc. • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology • Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed. • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments. • Ability to assess the impact of new project requirements on an existing team workload. • Ability to assess and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks and facilitate conflict management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. • Strong planning and estimating skills. • Experience creating business requirements, project plans, project schedules, and associated project materials. • Actively participated on projects, providing mentoring, providing guidance and feedback to develop skills of other team members. • Extensive MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) experience and how to leverage and implement this with everyday project management scenarios. • Excellent Oracle and Verbal communication Skills
