I’m a passionate, curious, and fun-loving product leader who finds joy in solving tough problems and transforming ideas into impactful products. Over the past 14 years, I’ve grown through multiple roles in the software industry, from developer to founding product manager to product leader, building SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products for global enterprises. My experience spans the full spectrum of product management: defining vision and strategy, driving agile execution, and directly contributing across sales enablement, customer success, and go-to-market. At Prolaborate, I joined as the first Product Manager when the team was fewer than 10 people, and the product was still in alpha. Over four years, I helped scale it into a profitable company with two successful products and 275+ enterprise customers — including 35+ Fortune Global 500 firms across 40+ countries. The success led to our acquisition by Sparx Systems, where I continued to drive product growth. At ProManage (Sulekha), I joined just weeks before the alpha release — with no customers, no product team, and an unfinished strategy. I built the product function from the ground up, defined the vision and roadmap, and helped acquire 35+ enterprise customers within the first year, positioning the product as a strong market contender. Currently, at Appian Corporation, I lead platform engineering product initiatives, driving next-gen cloud capabilities that enhance scalability, reliability, and enterprise adoption. What drives me most is the opportunity to build teams, systems, and products that create meaningful business impact. I thrive in chaos, enjoy working with smart, collaborative people, and love bringing structure and strategy to fast-moving, high-growth environments.
