Throughout my career, I have worked on large-scale enterprise solutions involving customer analytics, billing automation, NLP systems, churn prediction, CLTV modeling, and cloud-based data platforms. Currently, I work as a Data Science Specialist at Telstra, where I design AI-powered solutions that bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution. My work has contributed to multi-million-dollar savings initiatives and operational transformations using Machine Learning and LLM-powered systems. Apart from my professional role, I am passionate about knowledge sharing and have been writing technical blogs on Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data, and AI for several years.
