Madhav is a Program Manager (Audits and Insights) in Buyer Risk Prevention Team at Amazon India. He manages a team of 14 Auditors who analyse fraud risk. He also cross-functions with stakeholders to provide insights in order to improve customer experience. He is a self-published fiction novelist of 'The Shadows of Home'. He completed his MBA from MICA, micro-specialising in Media Management. His team bagged top positions in corporate competitions of L'Oréal, Nèstle, SBI, etc. He has work experience in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy. During Undergrad, he was the University Cultural Secretary and an AIESECer. He is an avid reader and has a new found passion for Gymming. Currently he is passionately learning about the fields of Product Management and Product Marketing.
