As a ServiceNow Consultant, I design solutions to meet the client's business requirements in a timely and effective manner. I work with different ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM and SPM, custom applications, integrations, and notifications, and leverage my scripting and portal skills to enhance the user experience and functionality. I also mentor and train the team on various project aspects, and contribute to the ServiceNow Center for Excellence team. I am passionate about learning new technologies and innovating in the field of service management.
