Hi I am Maaheen Jaiswal, currently working as an Analyst at Google!

There will be 2 sessions each month for 4 months duration (total 8 sessions + 1 bonus session)

• Establishing expectations and defining roles for both mentor and mentee

Session 2: Personal Development and Strength Assessment

• Assessing mentee's strengths, skills, and areas for improvement
• Creating a personalized development plan to leverage strengths and address weaknesses
• Exploring strategies for building self-confidence and resilience
• Coming up with a daily learning plan and strategy for having an exciting career

Session 3: Pathway Exploration and Feedbacks

• Evaluating different industries and roles that align with the mentee's skills and passions
• Providing insights into industry trends and potential growth opportunities
• Helping mentee to search for suitable opportunities'
• Providing feedbacks to mentee

Session 4: Resources Recommendation

• Identifying key skills required for the mentee's desired career path
• Recommending resources, courses, workshops, etc (free /paid) to enhance these skills
• Encouraging a growth mindset and continuous learning approach

Session 5: Networking and Professional Branding

• Developing strategies for effective networking and building meaningful connections
• Crafting an impactful LinkedIn profile, resume and other relevant online presence
• Practicing communication and elevator pitch skills

Session 6: Overcoming Challenges and Roadblocks

• Addressing any obstacles or challenges encountered during the mentoring journey
• Providing guidance on handling setbacks and turning them into learning opportunities
• Developing resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity
• Giving new set of exercises or practice questions to help mentee with their career

Session 7: Setting and Achieving Milestones

• Reviewing progress towards the initial goals set during Session-1
• Celebrating achievements and milestones reached
• Identifying any adjustments needed in the mentoring plan

Session 8: Preparing for the Future

• Assisting mentee in setting new goals for the future beyond the program
• Exploring potential avenues for continued growth and development
• Crafting a personalized action plan for post-mentoring success

Session 9 (Bonus) : Final Thoughts

• Reflecting on the mentoring journey and lessons learned
• Expressing gratitude and appreciation for the mentee's activeness and efforts
• Encouraging continued connection and mentorship beyond the program's duration
• Resolve any additional queries

Throughout the 4 months program, there will be ongoing support and communication between the mentor and mentee via email or scheduled check-ins to ensure progress and address any emerging needs or questions.
